Before founding Stone Hill Development, Kiel served as Head of Development at Redl Properties, project managing, overseeing a 1.3M SF portfolio, design, entitlements, and full-scale project execution. He has also held senior roles at notable companies such as WeWork (London & New York), Unispace, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL),  where he was part of teams managing large-scale developments, including the $550M Empire State Building renovation and projects spanning Europe, the U.S., and beyond.

Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered complex projects for Fortune 500 companies, multi-family housing, and corporate headquarters. His leadership ensures that every project is driven by strategic planning, financial discipline, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
